Dr. Saqib is the founder and CEO of Merafuture, Career Wonders and Learning.Merafuture. She is also an experienced academic and HR Consultant with over fifteen years of experience. She has a PhD in Management from University of Leicester, UK, and Masters in HRD and Consulting from Lancaster University, UK. She has been teaching various subject courses to Undergraduates and Postgraduates since 2010 at NUST Business School. She has over 15 publications in reputable journals, Harvard publishing, and international conferences. Her HR consultancy experience spreads over 10 years in the areas of HR planning, capacity building, Diversity and Inclusion, HRD, and nonprofit sector outreach. She has provided consultancy and training services to Jazz, Serene Air, Chenab Foundry, Business Link, and, many non-profits, to name the few.
