This lecture is the continuation of the previous lecture. Companies must follow Disciplinary Rules (D-Rules) to behave ethically, and an example is also quoted for the explanation of this statement. Senior Management does not have any right to misbehave with the employee. If the management wants to remove an employee, they have to follow D-Rules first, rather than just kicking him/her out for no reason. In short, companies have to follow a stream of D-Rules and E-Codes to remain ethical.
