Read the questions first and underline the keywords. As you answer the questions you will get more accustomed with the passage and it would become easier for you to find the answers.
Another recommended technique is the Skimming technique, it is recommended only if you are a fast reader.
Another suggested technique is to list 4-5 words as summary of the paragraph. Try doing this for the entire passage in 6-7 minutes.
